colaboradores, las grandes compa\u00f1\u00edas, que lideraban el movimiento del\u00a0home office,\u00a0empezaron la apuesta por el\u00a0trabajo h\u00edbrido;\u00a0no obstante, el volver a la oficina de manera permanente, pareciera ser una opci\u00f3n poco popular entre los\u00a0empleados.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">\u201cIncluso cuando la\u00a0pandemia\u00a0cambi\u00f3 los\u00a0modelos\u00a0de\u00a0trabajo\u00a0para siempre, parece que volver al\u00a0modelo\u00a0de\u00a0trabajo\u00a0presencial\u00a0es algo que, despu\u00e9s de todo, no ha desaparecido completamente. Y si bien los\u00a0l\u00edderes\u00a0de las\u00a0empresas\u00a0expresan su deseo de que los empleados regresen al\u00a0trabajo\u00a0presencial\u00a0para impulsar la\u00a0colaboraci\u00f3n\u00a0y la\u00a0productividad, se encuentran con la resistencia de los\u00a0trabajadores\u00a0que se muestran reacios a renunciar a la\u00a0libertad\u00a0y la\u00a0flexibilidad\u00a0que ofrece el\u00a0trabajo remoto\u201d, indic\u00f3\u00a0Indeed.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Refiri\u00f3 que, por ejemplo, en Estados Unidos, en los\u00a0centros\u00a0laborales\u00a0que exigen un retorno cinco d\u00edas a la semana, la mayor\u00eda de los empleados simplemente ignoran el mandato, mientras que el 40% de los\u00a0gerentes, a su vez, optan por ignorar a quienes infringen las reglas. Para encontrar un punto medio entre la decisi\u00f3n de los directivos de estar en la\u00a0oficina\u00a0y la resistencia de los\u00a0trabajadores, el\u00a0modelo\u00a0h\u00edbrido\u00a0parece ser la soluci\u00f3n.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Explic\u00f3 que a medida que las\u00a0empresas\u00a0crean o solidifican sus\u00a0pol\u00edticas\u00a0de\u00a0trabajo\u00a0h\u00edbrido, buscan lograr el\u00a0equilibrio\u00a0ideal entre\u00a0productividad\u00a0y\u00a0bienestar\u00a0laboral\u00a0y al mismo tiempo ofrecer suficiente\u00a0flexibilidad\u00a0para brindarles una ventaja competitiva para el talento. Aunque existen muchos tipos de modelos de\u00a0trabajo, un n\u00famero significativo de empresas est\u00e1 adoptando un enfoque\u00a0h\u00edbrido\u00a0estructurado, que generalmente requiere que los\u00a0trabajadores\u00a0est\u00e9n presentes en la\u00a0oficina\u00a0dos o tres d\u00edas a la semana, entre martes y jueves.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">En ese sentido, Manuel del Valle, fundador de Homework, un coworking centrado en el\u00a0desarrollo\u00a0humano\u00a0se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las\u00a0empresas\u00a0que m\u00e1s buscan\u00a0espacios\u00a0de trabajo\u00a0flexibles\u00a0son aquellas que valoran el\u00a0bienestar\u00a0y la\u00a0autonom\u00eda\u00a0de sus\u00a0empleados.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">\u201cIndependientemente del sector o tama\u00f1o, estas\u00a0organizaciones\u00a0entienden que el\u00a0trabajar\u00a0en entornos donde cada\u00a0persona\u00a0es importante, as\u00ed como respetar su\u00a0identidad\u00a0y\u00a0cultura\u00a0personal, no s\u00f3lo mejora la\u00a0calidad\u00a0de\u00a0vida\u00a0de sus\u00a0colaboradores, sino que tambi\u00e9n incrementa la\u00a0productividad\u00a0y promueve un mayor\u00a0equilibrio\u00a0entre el trabajo y la\u00a0vida\u00a0personal\u201d, apunt\u00f3.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Coincidi\u00f3 con ello\u00a0Indeed\u00a0al decir que las\u00a0organizaciones\u00a0m\u00e1s exitosas hoy en d\u00eda est\u00e1n adoptando la\u00a0flexibilidad\u00a0y no s\u00f3lo implementando\u00a0pol\u00edticas\u00a0de\u00a0regreso\u00a0a la\u00a0oficina, sino tambi\u00e9n brindando a las personas un lugar al que desean regresar.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es tan buena opci\u00f3n el trabajo h\u00edbrido?<\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">El\u00a0trabajo h\u00edbrido\u00a0est\u00e1 surgiendo como el claro ganador de las\u00a0pol\u00edticas\u00a0de\u00a0regreso\u00a0a la\u00a0oficina. Seg\u00fan el informe\u00a0\u201cEstado de las organizaciones 2023\u201d de McKinsey, el 90% de los\u00a0empleadores\u00a0ha implementado alg\u00fan tipo de acuerdo de\u00a0trabajo\u00a0h\u00edbrido. En\u00a0M\u00e9xico, seg\u00fan encuesta realizada por Indeed en febrero de 2023, el 47% de los entrevistados trabaja o trabaj\u00f3 en alg\u00fan momento en un\u00a0modelo\u00a0h\u00edbrido-laboral.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Asimismo, estas ofertas tienen muchos\u00a0beneficios\u00a0para las\u00a0empresas\u00a0y los\u00a0trabajadores, incluido el\u00a0bienestar. En una encuesta elaborada por\u00a0Indeed\u00a0en 2022, el 53% de los\u00a0trabajadores\u00a0mexicanos\u00a0se consideran m\u00e1s\u00a0productivos\u00a0trabajando desde casa, pero el 58% siente que se valora m\u00e1s su\u00a0trabajo\u00a0cuando van a la\u00a0oficina.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Por lo tanto, las din\u00e1micas de unos d\u00edas en el centro de trabajo y otros en casa,\u00a0 tambi\u00e9n son una\u00a0herramienta\u00a0de\u00a0contrataci\u00f3n\u00a0competitiva\u00a0en el\u00a0mercado\u00a0laboral\u00a0actual.\u00a0Indeed\u00a0realiz\u00f3 una encuesta entre solicitantes de empleo a finales de 2022 para preguntar a los trabajadores mexicanos qu\u00e9 esperaban para 2023. Los resultados mostraron que el 78% de los encuestados esperaban m\u00e1s\u00a0flexibilidad\u00a0y opciones de\u00a0trabajo\u00a0remoto.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Al respecto, Venture Soft \u00a0destac\u00f3 que este modelo permitir\u00e1 a las\u00a0organizaciones\u00a0reclutar\u00a0y\u00a0retener\u00a0a los mejores\u00a0talentos, ya que la mayor\u00eda de las personas buscar\u00e1 un\u00a0balance\u00a0entre su\u00a0vida\u00a0personal\u00a0y su\u00a0vida\u00a0laboral\u00a0y la consecuencia final ser\u00e1 obtener mejores\u00a0resultados\u00a0en el\u00a0negocio.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Para lo cual las\u00a0organizaciones\u00a0deben brindar todas las\u00a0herramientas\u00a0y\u00a0facilidades\u00a0que cada persona necesita. Entre las m\u00e1s apreciadas por los\u00a0trabajadores, con contratos\u00a0h\u00edbridos, se encuentran:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><li>Horarios\u00a0flexibles\u00a0que permiten a los colaboradores trabajar en diferentes horas y en diferentes lugares.<\/li><li>Brindar soluciones de\u00a0accesibilidad\u00a0y\u00a0comunicaci\u00f3n, como dispositivos digitales proporcionados por la oficina (computadoras con el software adecuado, servidores de correo electr\u00f3nico o servicios de almacenamiento en la nube, tel\u00e9fonos celulares, etc.) para que los empleados tengan todo lo que utilizan en una oficina f\u00edsica.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Asimismo, en otra encuesta a\u00a0trabajadores\u00a0mexicanos\u00a0realizada por\u00a0Indeed\u00a0en agosto de 2022, cuando los encuestados tuvieron que elegir entre trabajo totalmente\u00a0remoto\u00a0y horario\u00a0flexible\u00a0en la\u00a0oficina, el modelo\u00a0h\u00edbrido\u00a0gan\u00f3 por un 72%, contra un 28% que prefiri\u00f3 la opci\u00f3n totalmente remota.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-weight: 300;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo hacer un regreso a oficinas m\u00e1s efectivo?<\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Derivado de que los\u00a0colaboradores\u00a0no est\u00e1n muy contentos con el regreso a\u00a0actividades\u00a0presenciales,\u00a0Indeed\u00a0comparti\u00f3 una serie de\u00a0estrategias, para hacer el retorno m\u00e1s beneficioso para todos:\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><li>reimaginar los\u00a0espacios\u00a0de\u00a0trabajo, una de las lecciones m\u00e1s importantes durante la\u00a0pandemia\u00a0es que todos tenemos\u00a0necesidades\u00a0diferentes para ser m\u00e1s\u00a0felices\u00a0y\u00a0productivos. Algunas personas necesitan tiempo de\u00a0tranquilidad, otras buscan\u00a0interacciones\u00a0y a un porcentaje de ellas les gusta una combinaci\u00f3n de ambas. Los espacios cuidadosamente dise\u00f1ados que fomentan la\u00a0comunidad\u00a0y la\u00a0colaboraci\u00f3n, \u201cespacios como los lugares de\u00a0trabajo\u00a0tipo &#8216;cafeter\u00eda&#8217; fomentan y promueven la\u00a0colaboraci\u00f3n h\u00edbrida. Adem\u00e1s, caracter\u00edsticas como la\u00a0oferta\u00a0inal\u00e1mbrica, que permite a los empleados moverse libremente por la oficina, la tecnolog\u00eda Zoom actualizada y las pizarras digitales\u00a0port\u00e1tiles, brindan beneficios adicionales que los\u00a0empleados\u00a0tal vez no tengan en sus casas. Estos servicios pueden ser vistos como extras valiosos para ellos&#8221;, explic\u00f3 Madalina Secareanu, senior manager de Comunicaci\u00f3n Corporativa de Indeed para LATAM,<\/li><li>cultiva la\u00a0conexi\u00f3n, mientras los gerentes quieren que la gente vuelva a\u00a0trabajar\u00a0porque creen que ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s\u00a0productivos, los empleados en realidad quieren volver para conectarse con sus colegas.\u201cLa oportunidad de establecer\u00a0conexiones\u00a0significativas ayudar\u00e1 a garantizar que los\u00a0empleados\u00a0valoren el tiempo que pasan juntos en persona.
