class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p dir=\"ltr\">La Comisi\u00f3n de Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados aprob\u00f3 el dictamen mediante el cual se modifica la propuesta de reforma al periodo obligatorio de vacaciones, al pasar de\u00a0 seis a 12 d\u00edas para el primer a\u00f1o.\u00a0<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">A detalle, a partir del primer a\u00f1o de servicio los trabajadores tendr\u00e1n derecho a un periodo vacacional de 12 d\u00edas que deber\u00e1 aumentar en dos d\u00edas por cada a\u00f1o de servicio hasta llegar a 20; pero \u00fanicamente ser\u00e1 obligatorio que goce de seis d\u00edas continuos, ya que el disfrute de los restantes lo podr\u00e1n pactar las partes, distinto a lo que preve\u00eda el documento aprobado en el Senado.\u00a0<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Con 17 votos a favor cuatro en contra y una abstenci\u00f3n, la modificaci\u00f3n, responde a que \u201cestablecer que los trabajadores deber\u00e1n disfrutar en forma contin\u00faa de 12 d\u00edas de vacaciones por lo menos, podr\u00eda resultar desfavorable, no solo para los centros de trabajo, sino tambi\u00e9n para los propios trabajadores, en raz\u00f3n de que limita las posibilidades de que los empleadores acuerden diferir estos d\u00edas para que se distribuyan como mejor les convenga\u201d.\u00a0<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Cabe destacar que esta reforma tiene que regresar al Senado, quienes deber\u00edan aprobarla antes del 15 de diciembre, se mande al poder ejecutivo para su publicaci\u00f3n en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n, todo ello a fin de que su vigencia inicie en enero de 2023.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4ff6531a
