class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">El pleno del Senado de la Rep\u00fablica aval\u00f3 con 89 votos a favor, ninguno en contra y sin abstenciones el proyecto de decreto por el que se reforman los art\u00edculos 76 y 78 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">La reforma sobre las \u201cvacaciones dignas\u201d contempla el aumento en la cantidad de vacaciones de seis a 12 d\u00edas tras el primer a\u00f1o laborado.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">\u201cLas personas trabajadoras que, tengan m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o de servicios, disfrutar\u00e1n de un periodo anual de vacaciones pagadas, que en ning\u00fan caso podr\u00e1 ser inferior a los 12 d\u00edas laborales, y que aumentar\u00e1 en dos d\u00edas laborales, hasta llegar a 20, por cada a\u00f1o subsecuente de servicios.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">A partir del sexto a\u00f1o, el periodo de vacaciones aumentar\u00e1 en dos por cada cinco a\u00f1os de servicios&#8221;, precisa la reforma.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Con el cambio al art\u00edculo 76 tambi\u00e9n se altera el precepto 78 al indicar que las personas trabajadoras deber\u00e1n disfrutar en forma continua de 12 d\u00edas de vacaciones, por lo menos.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><b><strong>Sector patronal no est\u00e1 feliz<\/strong><\/b><\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Previo al aval, la Confederaci\u00f3n Patronal de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana (Coparmex) propuso un aumento de d\u00edas de vacaciones pero gradual. As\u00ed en lugar de otorgar 12 d\u00edas de vacaciones a partir de 2023, sugiri\u00f3 que el cambio fuera hasta el 2024 y para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o se contemplara el aumento de seis a nueve d\u00edas de vacaciones por a\u00f1o trabajado.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">\u201cEl periodo de goce ininterrumpido de las vacaciones, se quede en seis d\u00edas y ses d\u00edas, y no suba a 12 en una sola exhibici\u00f3n. Esto es impr\u00e1ctico para todas las empresas y hasta para los mismo trabajadores\u201d, sostuvo la Coparmex.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">El proyecto de decreto fue remitido a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados para continuar su proceso legislativo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4ff6531a
