class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Una menor brecha de ingresos no refleja equidad en el mercado laboral, pues de acuerdo con el Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad (IMCO), aunque la brecha de ingresos en M\u00e9xico es del 14%, hay muy pocas mujeres en edad productiva dentro de la econom\u00eda remunerada, y un 70% de las que lo est\u00e1n, ganan menos de dos salarios m\u00ednimos.<\/p><p>Pero eso no es todo, pues de acuerdo con el Instituto, en colaboraci\u00f3n con Bayer, el Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE), INTERprotecci\u00f3n y el Consejo Mexicano de Asuntos Internacionales (Comexi), pocas de las mujeres que trabajan crecen durante su trayectoria profesional o llegan a puestos de toma de decisi\u00f3n mejor pagados.<\/p><p>Asimismo, el IMCO expuso que en el pa\u00eds, las mujeres que trabajan obtienen ingresos laborales menores que los hombres; por ejemplo, por cada $100 que recibe un hombre, una mujer recibe $86, un problema que se da principalmente en estados como Oaxaca, Colima e Hidalgo, donde las mujeres ganan 27.1%, 25.3% y 24.9% menos respecto a los hombres.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con el an\u00e1lisis, esto responde a un problema estructural en el que las mujeres se ven obligadas a dedicar m\u00e1s tiempo al trabajo no remunerado que el que dedican los hombres y que provocan, realicen jornadas laborales m\u00e1s cortas que se traducen en menores ingresos, adem\u00e1s, suelen concentrarse en puestos de entrada, por lo que pocas alcanzan direcciones por falta de flexibilidad.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0de523a elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"0de523a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Aunado a ello, el nivel educativo resulta relevante, ya que las mujeres con mayor preparaci\u00f3n tienden a alcanzar puestos m\u00e1s altos y en sectores mejor pagados, pero actualmente existe una alta representaci\u00f3n de mujeres en sectores con un menor nivel de ingresos, que se contrastan con los estereotipos de g\u00e9nero y que se conoce como segregaci\u00f3n ocupacional.<\/p><p>En el sector de la informaci\u00f3n en medios masivos, servicios no gubernamentales y comercio al por menor, los hombres ganan m\u00e1s que las mujeres, y aunque casi seis de cada 10 que trabajan en comercio al por menor son mujeres, la mayor\u00eda de ellas se emplea en la informalidad y con jornadas m\u00e1s cortas que registrar ingresos 26% menos que el de los hombres.<\/p><p>Por lo anterior, el IMCO asegur\u00f3 que se \u201cnecesita profundizar en las din\u00e1micas laborales de los sectores y las organizaciones que los conforman\u201d, para romper con la segregaci\u00f3n ocupacional de g\u00e9nero de manera que las mujeres participen en sectores y ocupaciones con mayor remuneraci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Para lograrlo, el Instituto propuso realizar un autodiagn\u00f3stico de la brecha de ingresos entre hombres y mujeres dentro de los centros de trabajo con el objetivo de profundizar en las razones que existen detr\u00e1s de ella, transparentando los \u201cingresos con criterios establecidos para la remuneraci\u00f3n en cada puesto de trabajo, as\u00ed como para los incrementos salariales\u201d.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
