class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas (MiPymes) son un sector relevante en cuanto a la generaci\u00f3n de empleos, y es que de acuerdo con el Centro de Carrera Profesional en l\u00ednea de OCC Mundial, las Mipymes han ofrecido 145,477 vacantes de empleo en lo que va de este a\u00f1o.<\/p><p>La cifra representa el 33% del total de las ofertas de empleo (443,691) publicadas en las plataforma de enero a julio de 2022 a nivel nacional y que significa un crecimiento del 21% respecto al mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con OCC, las vacantes de empleo ofrecidas por las MiPymes en la primera mitad de este a\u00f1o, se concentraron principalmente en el sector de las industria manufacturera (29%), seguido por el de sistemas y Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n (12%) y el servicio de apoyo a empresas (10%) y reparaci\u00f3n de mantenimiento (10%).<\/p><p>En menor n\u00famero se encontraron ofertas en comercio (7%), Servicios financieros y de seguros (5%), Construcci\u00f3n (5%), servicios de salud (4%), servicios de alojamiento y preparaci\u00f3n de alimentos y bebidas (3%) y Transporte y almacenamiento de bienes (3%), no obstante, las industrias que m\u00e1s generaron empleos fueron:<\/p><ol><li>ventas (17%)<\/li><li>contabilidad \/ finanzas (12%)<\/li><li>tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n \/ sistemas (11%)<\/li><li>administraci\u00f3n (10%)<\/li><li>log\u00edstica \/ transporte \/ distribuci\u00f3n \/ almac\u00e9n (9%)<\/li><li>manufactura \/ producci\u00f3n \/ operaci\u00f3n (9%)<\/li><li>ingenier\u00eda (7%)<\/li><li>recursos Humanos (5%)<\/li><li>construcci\u00f3n \/ inmobiliaria \/ arquitectura (3%)<\/li><li>mercadotecnia \/ publicidad \/ relaciones P\u00fablicas (3%)<\/li><\/ol><p>Los estados con mayores ofertas de empleo fueron las Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (27%), Nuevo Le\u00f3n (18%), Jalisco (11%), Estado de M\u00e9xico (10%), Quer\u00e9taro (6%), Guanajuato (4%), Puebla (3%), Baja California (2%), Chihuahua (2%) y Yucat\u00e1n (2%); el 42% de las ofertas con salario de $10,000 a $20,000, el 31% de $5,000 y $10,000, el 13% de $20,000 a $30,000, el 5% de 30,000 y $40,000, el 4% de menos de $5,000, el 3% de $40,000 a $50,000 y el 2% de m\u00e1s de
