acciones que permitan tener un mejor equilibrio personal y laboral entre la vida de los colaboradores, pues el INEGI expuso que hasta el 23% de los puestos de trabajo en M\u00e9xico son susceptibles al teletrabajo, y se espera que para 2030 crezca 30% a nivel mundial.<\/p><p>En ese aspecto, Factorial asegur\u00f3 que \u201cla aprobaci\u00f3n de la NOM-037 es importante para una empresa\u201d, pues se calcula proteger\u00e1 a m\u00e1s de 13 millones de mexicanos cuando entre en vigor (se espera en el primer semestre de 2023), con un mayor equilibrio entre el trabajo y la vida personal de los trabajadores remotos y nuevas responsabilidades para empresas y colaboradores.<\/p><p>La especialista en temas de Capital Humano y ambassador de Factorial, Ivonne Vargas, asegur\u00f3 que el proyecto de la NOM-037, presentado por la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social (STPS), es para las personas que aplican el 40% de su jornada laboral fuera de la oficina, es decir, tres d\u00edas o m\u00e1s, y permanecen en su domicilio o en un sitio remoto\u201d.<\/p><h3><b>Obligaciones para empleadores<\/b><\/h3><p>Con la norma, las empresas o empleadores estar\u00e1n obligados a dar las herramientas de trabajo a sus colaboradores como insumos y no como prestaci\u00f3n, esto incluye equipo de c\u00f3mputo, sillas ergon\u00f3micas, impresoras, mecanismos de seguridad inform\u00e1tica y pago proporcional del consumo de luz el\u00e9ctrica y de comunicaciones (internet).<\/p><p>El proyecto de la STPS permitir\u00eda a los empleadores tener certeza sobre las condiciones que se deben establecer para trabajar correctamente a distancia y las necesidades sobre sus plantillas.<\/p><h3><b>Responsabilidades de colaboradores<\/b><\/h3><p>Los trabajadores deber\u00e1n tener el mayor cuidado en la conservaci\u00f3n de los equipos, tendr\u00e1n que informar sobre los costos de los servicios de telecomunicaciones y energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica que usen, as\u00ed como el pago a acordar previamente con el empleador, y permitir\u00e1n que los patrones acudan a su domicilio (con previa autorizaci\u00f3n), para verificar condiciones de seguridad y salud.<\/p><p>La NOM-037 traer\u00e1 un abanico de responsabilidades y derechos que Ivonne Vargas destac\u00f3, \u201cde lograrse, habr\u00e1 un mayor equilibrio entre el trabajo y la vida personal de los trabajadores\u201d, pues \u201catiende al principio de apoyar a los colaboradores, dot\u00e1ndolos de una cuota monetaria para cubrir sus servicios de electricidad y tambi\u00e9n de internet\u201d.<\/p><p>No obstante, la experta resalt\u00f3 que \u201caunque (el proyecto) no establece cu\u00e1l es la cantidad exacta, s\u00ed marca que debe haber ese apoyo por parte de los empleadores hacia los trabajadores\u201d, adem\u00e1s, el objetivo es promover un ambiente seguro y saludable en el entorno remoto.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
