Un proceso de incorporaci\u00f3n completo requiere tiempo y planeaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la aportaci\u00f3n de varias personas del equipo. No es un proceso opcional, es un proceso indispensable. Un proceso de incorporaci\u00f3n riguroso y estructurado contribuye a que el nuevo empleado se vuelva operativo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente y es sin\u00f3nimo de una mejor integraci\u00f3n cultural y una reducci\u00f3n del riesgo de salida anticipada<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>la incorporaci\u00f3n es exclusiva del \u00e1rea de recursos humanos, si bien el \u00e1rea es esencial para una integraci\u00f3n exitosa, pero otros empleados dentro de la empresa tambi\u00e9n tienen un papel que desempe\u00f1ar al ser m\u00e1s que solo cumplimiento, papeleo y orientaci\u00f3n. Un buen Onboarding es un esfuerzo concertado de toda la empresa para dar la bienvenida a los nuevos empleados y brindarles las herramientas, la informaci\u00f3n y la red que necesitan para tener \u00e9xito. Requiere colaboraci\u00f3n y tiempo por parte de personas de diferentes departamentos para contribuir a la misi\u00f3n de la persona reci\u00e9n contratada<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>la incorporaci\u00f3n comienza el primer d\u00eda de trabajo, el Onboarding debe comenzar tan pronto se acepte la oferta de trabajo. Este per\u00edodo entre el momento en que la persona acepta el trabajo y su primer d\u00eda en \u00e9l se conoce como preintegraci\u00f3n<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>\u201cEsta fase cobra importancia debido a los modelos de trabajo remoto, o modelos h\u00edbridos, que se han integrado al d\u00eda a d\u00eda de las organizaciones. Estas nuevas formas de trabajar implican no depender tanto de las interacciones entre personas y la celebraci\u00f3n de eventos que re\u00fanan a todos en una sola oficina.
