identificaci\u00f3n, an\u00e1lisis y prevenci\u00f3n emitida por la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social, esta norma tiene como objetivo, identificar y prevenir factores de riesgo psicosocial, as\u00ed como para promover un entorno organizacional favorable en los centros de trabajo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>PERO\u2026 \u00bfQU\u00c9 SON LOS FACTORES DE RIESGO PSICOSOCIAL?<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"\">Aquellos que pueden provocar trastornos de ansiedad, estr\u00e9s grave derivado de la naturaleza de las funciones del puesto de trabajo o actos de violencia laboral al trabajador por el trabajo desarrollado.<\/p><h2><strong>\u00bfES OBLIGATORIO?<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"\">Si, el cumplimiento de la Norma Oficial Mexicana resulta ser obligatorio para todos los centros de trabajo del territorio nacional. Sin embargo hay cap\u00edtulos espec\u00edficos que deben cumplirse dependiendo del n\u00famero de trabajadores de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p class=\"\">Todas las empresas ya sea con 15 y 50 colaboradores o m\u00e1s de 50 deben aplicar los siguientes cap\u00edtulos:<\/p><p class=\"\"><strong>5.1. Disponer de una pol\u00edtica de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgo psicosocial.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"\"><strong>5.4. Adoptar las medidas para prevenir y controlar los factores de riesgo psicosocial.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"\"><strong>5.5. Identificar a los trabajadores que fueron sujetos a acontecimientos traum\u00e1ticos severos y canalizarlos para su atenci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"\"><strong>5.7 Difundir y proporcionar informaci\u00f3n a los trabajadores sobre:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-rte-list=\"default\"><li><p class=\"\">La pol\u00edtica de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos psicosociales.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Las medidas adoptadas para combatir las pr\u00e1cticas opuestas al entorno organizacional favorable y los actos de violencia laboral.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Las medidas y acciones de prevenci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Las posibles alteraciones a la salud por la exposici\u00f3n a los factores de riesgo psicosocial.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\"><strong>5.8 Llevar los registros sobre:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-rte-list=\"default\"><li><p class=\"\">Los resultados de la identificaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de los factores de riesgo psicosocial y, adem\u00e1s, trat\u00e1ndose de centros de trabajo de m\u00e1s de 50 trabajadores, de las evaluaciones del entorno organizacional.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Las medidas de control adoptadas cuando el resultado de la identificaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de los factores de riesgo psicosocial y evaluaci\u00f3n del entorno organizacional lo se\u00f1ale.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Los nombres de los trabajadores a los que se les practicaron los ex\u00e1menes o evaluaciones cl\u00ednicas y que se comprob\u00f3 la exposici\u00f3n a factores de riesgo psicosocial, a actos de violencia laboral o acontecimientos traum\u00e1ticos severos.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\">\u00a0Ahora para cada organizaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan el n\u00famero de trabajadores debe realizar los siguientes cap\u00edtulos:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4ccdc18d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4ccdc18d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Los centros de trabajo que tengan entre 16 y 50 trabajadores, \u00fanicamente deber\u00e1n realizar la identificaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de los factores de riesgo psicosocial, incluyendo a todos los trabajadores.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44fe7775 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"44fe7775\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>\u00a0ENTRE 15 Y 50 TRABAJADORES:<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"\"><strong>5.2 Identificar y analizar los\u00a0 factores de riesgo psicosocial.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"\"><strong>7.1 Identificaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de los factores de riesgo psicosocial, y evaluaci\u00f3n del entorno organizacional:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"\">a)\u00a0Los centros de trabajo que tengan entre 16 y 50 trabajadores, \u00fanicamente deber\u00e1n realizar la identificaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de los factores de riesgo psicosocial, incluyendo a todos los trabajadores.<\/p><p class=\"\"><strong>7.2 La identificaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de los factores de riesgo psicosocial deber\u00e1 contemplar lo siguiente:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"\">a)\u00a0 Las condiciones en el ambiente de trabajo.<\/p><p class=\"\">b)\u00a0Cargas de trabajo.<\/p><p class=\"\">c)\u00a0Falta de control sobre el trabajo.<\/p><p class=\"\">d)\u00a0Exceso en las jornadas de trabajo y la rotaci\u00f3n de turnos.<\/p><p class=\"\">e)\u00a0Interferencia en la relaci\u00f3n trabajo-familia.<\/p><p class=\"\">f)\u00a0\u00a0Liderazgo o relaciones negativas en el trabajo.<\/p><p class=\"\">g)\u00a0Violencia laboral.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section Identificaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de los\u00a0 factores de riesgo psicosocial, y\u00a0 evaluaci\u00f3n del entorno\u00a0 organizacional:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"\">b) Los centros de trabajo que tengan m\u00e1s de 50 trabajadores, deber\u00e1n realizar la identificaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de los factores de riesgo psicosocial y la evaluaci\u00f3n del entorno organizacional.<\/p><p class=\"\"><strong>7.2 La identificaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de los factores de riesgo psicosocial deber\u00e1 contemplar lo siguiente:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"\">a) Las condiciones en el ambiente laboral.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"\"><strong>7.3 La evaluaci\u00f3n del entorno organizacional favorable deber\u00e1 comprender:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"\">a)\u00a0El sentido de pertenencia de los trabajadores a la empresa.<\/p><p class=\"\">b)\u00a0La formaci\u00f3n para la adecuada realizaci\u00f3n de las tareas encomendadas.<\/p><p class=\"\">c)\u00a0La definici\u00f3n precisa de responsabilidades para los trabajadores.<\/p><p class=\"\">d)\u00a0La participaci\u00f3n proactiva y comunicaci\u00f3n entre el patr\u00f3n, sus representantes y los trabajadores.<\/p><p class=\"\">e)\u00a0La distribuci\u00f3n adecuada de cargas de trabajo, con jornadas laborales regulares, y<\/p><p class=\"\">f)\u00a0\u00a0La evaluaci\u00f3n y el reconocimiento del
