la mesa, igual o m\u00e1s importante que el de Finanzas o el de Marketing\u201d, expresa Orlando Mej\u00eda, socio de Capital Humano de Deloitte.<\/p><p>El \u00e9xito de la adaptaci\u00f3n de las empresas y los cambios en los modelos de negocio en el escenario que deja la Covid-19, expone, depender\u00e1n directamente de la capacidad de Recursos Humanos para reinventarse y asumir un rol de liderazgo para guiar a la fuerza laboral hacia la nueva normalidad.<\/p><p>\u201cSe tiene que empezar a pensar en el trabajo como un concepto amplio. Recursos Humanos tiene que tener una visibilidad sobre qu\u00e9 trabajo se debe hacer, c\u00f3mo se debe hacer, qu\u00e9 actividades se deben hacer, qui\u00e9n las va a hacer y en d\u00f3nde se deben hacer\u201d, puntualiza en entrevista.\u00a0<\/p><p>La emergencia sanitaria por el nuevo coronavirus aceler\u00f3 procesos de transformaci\u00f3n en las empresas y ha puesto un \u00e9nfasis mayor en el futuro del trabajo. En este contexto, las \u00e1reas de gesti\u00f3n de talento jugar\u00e1n un rol clave para generar conexiones entre la tecnolog\u00eda, los colaboradores y la organizaci\u00f3n mientras se busca garantizar el bienestar del capital humano, destaca Deloitte en el reporte Tendencias de Capital Humano 2020.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con el informe, el 82% de los encuestados en M\u00e9xico afirma que la evoluci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos tendr\u00e1 un alto grado de importancia.<\/p><p>\u201cEn el camino a la recuperaci\u00f3n, debemos evaluar si Recursos Humanos cuenta con el posicionamiento y capacidades correctas para desempe\u00f1ar un rol de liderazgo, expandir su foco y extender su influencia para ayudar a la organizaci\u00f3n y a la fuerza de trabajo a adaptarse al nuevo mundo del trabajo\u201d, se expone en el documento.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f1e886 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6f1e886\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Tendencias en M\u00e9xico <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-db76ec6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"db76ec6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Hay cuatro tendencias en capital humano que destacan en nuestro pa\u00eds en esta nueva edici\u00f3n del reporte de Deloitte: gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento, \u00e9tica y el futuro del trabajo, pertenencia y dise\u00f1o del trabajo para el bienestar.\u00a0<\/p><p>Orlando Mej\u00eda detalla que la gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento se relaciona con lograr que la organizaci\u00f3n aprenda de manera constante y el capital humano tenga acceso a la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para tomar decisiones. Desaf\u00edo mayor en el contexto actual en el que los equipos de trabajo no se encuentran en el mismo espacio.<\/p><p>\u201cLas organizaciones mexicanas enfrentan el reto de poder capitalizar dichos conocimientos para convertirlos en verdaderas capacidades colectivas. La gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento est\u00e1 tomando un valor importante gracias a la aparici\u00f3n de herramientas basadas en inteligencia artificial (IA), las cuales proponen informaci\u00f3n a los colaboradores cuando la necesitan\u201d, destaca el reporte.\u00a0<\/p><p>El tema de la \u00e9tica y el futuro del trabajo, por su parte, est\u00e1 ligado con la diferencia entre \u201cel se puede\u201d y \u201cel se debe\u201d. La pandemia oblig\u00f3 a las empresas a hacer cambios dr\u00e1sticos relacionados con la tecnolog\u00eda, nuevas modalidades de trabajo y gesti\u00f3n del talento, lo que presentar\u00e1 nuevos dilemas \u00e9ticos. Por ejemplo, en el home office qui\u00e9n proporciona las herramientas que usar\u00e1 el colaborador<\/p><p>\u201cAhora, en las pr\u00f3ximas etapas de recuperaci\u00f3n de la contingencia, los l\u00edderes deber\u00e1n afrontar la amplia gama de desaf\u00edos \u00e9ticos que conlleva el futuro del trabajo. Estos desaf\u00edos, visibles mayormente en la intersecci\u00f3n entre personas y tecnolog\u00eda, est\u00e1n relacionados con el impacto de las tecnolog\u00edas emergentes en los colaboradores\u201d, se expone en el estudio.<\/p><p>La tercera tendencia m\u00e1s destacada en M\u00e9xico tiene que ver con fortalecer el v\u00ednculo entre pertenencia y desempe\u00f1o organizacional. \u201cLas personas buscan contribuir con sus organizaciones cuando comprenden c\u00f3mo sus talentos, fortalezas y contribuciones \u00fanicas est\u00e1n teniendo un impacto en metas m\u00e1s grandes\u201d.\u00a0<\/p><p>Por \u00faltimo, el dise\u00f1o del trabajo para el bienestar hace referencia a la necesidad de ampliar el enfoque. Antes, el bienestar era visto como un equilibrio entre la vida laboral y personal, despu\u00e9s de la crisis, el concepto se ha ampliado; hoy aspectos como la salud f\u00edsica, mental y financiera tienen mayor relevancia.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u201cEs obligatorio integrar el bienestar en el dise\u00f1o del trabajo donde se ampl\u00eda el enfoque del bienestar individual al bienestar de la organizaci\u00f3n y de la comunidad\u201d, se enfatiza en el reporte.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a2c92c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2a2c92c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Las brechas \n\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-76f716c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"76f716c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Existe una brecha entre la importancia que le dan las empresas a estas tendencias y la preparaci\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n para enfrentar lo que esto implica para sus organizaciones.<\/p><p>Por ejemplo, el 86% de las organizaciones en nuestro pa\u00eds considera importante la gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento en la nueva normalidad, pero s\u00f3lo 53% de los encuestados se siente listo para enfrentar el desaf\u00edo. En tanto, 82% de las compa\u00f1\u00edas afirma que la \u00e9tica y el futuro del trabajo son relevantes, pero s\u00f3lo 62% est\u00e1 preparado para abordar esta tendencia.<\/p><p>La brecha en sentido de pertenencia no es diferente, 85% de los encuestados considera el tema como relevante, pero s\u00f3lo 57% est\u00e1 preparado para mejorar el v\u00ednculo de sus colaboradores. El panorama es similar en el caso del bienestar de los empleados, pues mientras para 82% es un aspecto importante, \u00fanicamente 62% cree estar listo para hacer los cambios pertinentes.<\/p><p>A nivel individual, en cada organizaciones es necesario identificar las brechas y cerrarlas, porque las organizaciones m\u00e1s exitosas ante un evento como la pandemia de Covid-19, son las que tienen
