retenerlos y evitar su salida y as\u00ed evitar costos en contrataciones, capacitaci\u00f3n, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>En virtud de ello,\u00a0<b><strong>Dafne Navarro Miranda, Coordinadora de Contenidos de Great Place to Work\u00ae M\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/b>, comenta qu\u00e9 acciones deben tomarse por los directivos de las organizaciones para generar un sentido de afiliarse a una organizaci\u00f3n que empate con sus ideales, donde cumplan ese sentido de realizaci\u00f3n personal. Esto es m\u00e1s perceptible en las generaciones m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes,\u00a0<em>millenials<\/em>\u00a0y\u00a0<em>centenials<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>El que los colaboradores se sientan a gusto con su trabajo y cuidados por parte de la organizaci\u00f3n en la que lo realizan, son factores que tambi\u00e9n consideran al momento de elegir un empleo, o quedarse en el que est\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello las organizaciones est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ando acciones y pr\u00e1cticas que promuevan un sentido de equipo\/familia entre las personas, sus l\u00edderes y el propio ente organizacional. Pero, \u00bfpara que invertir recursos hacia este prop\u00f3sito?<\/p>\n<p>Directores de algunos de los mejores lugares para trabajar en M\u00e9xico, a trav\u00e9s de\u00a0<em>webinars<\/em>\u00a0emprendidos por\u00a0<em>Great Place to Work<\/em>\u00ae, compartieron sus experiencias en la vivencia del sentido de pertenencia y el manejo que se da en las mesas de direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Me interesa compartir estos testimonios porque paulatinamente el tema se volver\u00e1 fundamental para todas las \u00e1reas de recursos humanos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-91bb208 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"91bb208\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">VIVENCIA <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b700df2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b700df2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Si bien es cierto que cada organizaci\u00f3n es \u00fanica, conocer las vivencias de otras culturas podr\u00eda resultar \u00fatil para saber que el sentido de pertenencia se moldea y adapta.<\/p>\n<p>Los directivos han mencionado que la participaci\u00f3n de todas las personas y el valor agregado que ponen a cada contribuci\u00f3n ha sido una forma en que la gente demuestra ese compromiso. Tambi\u00e9n la comunicaci\u00f3n, en ambas v\u00edas, es un proceso fundamental para hablar sobre los temas fuertes y reconocer lo bien logrado.<\/p>\n<p>Para quienes debieron migrar los esquemas de trabajo y compa\u00f1erismo al modo remoto, promover la pertenencia a la organizaci\u00f3n ha sido un reto que resolvieron con la confianza que ya estaba impregnada en el ADN de la organizaci\u00f3n. Se reforz\u00f3 con el mantenimiento en la conexi\u00f3n de todos, la creaci\u00f3n de experiencias y programas de aprendizaje virtuales para mantenerlos unidos.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, el sentido de pertenencia tambi\u00e9n se demostr\u00f3 garantizando que la desvinculaci\u00f3n laboral, en estos tiempos de crisis, ser\u00eda la \u00faltima opci\u00f3n.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4f007e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f4f007e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Sobre la mesa<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f404e3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f404e3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En los comit\u00e9s ejecutivos y mesas directivas se tratan muchos de los temas duros del negocio. Siendo el punto central en las discusiones, la definici\u00f3n, seguimiento y evaluaci\u00f3n de la estrategia.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, existen organizaciones que tambi\u00e9n suman los temas \u201cblandos\u201d, los referentes a los recursos humanos.<\/p>\n<p>Estos directores que nos compartieron sus experiencias, con trayectorias en las \u00e1reas de capital humano, ofrecen puntos clave que lograron colocar en la agenda directiva, y el c\u00f3mo lo realizaron.<\/p>\n<p>En todas las decisiones del negocio que se toman, se coloca primero (y en el centro) a los colaboradores. Si realizamos este movimiento en la estrategia,\u00a0\u00bfC\u00f3mo afectar\u00e1 a nuestra gente? Es la reflexi\u00f3n que realizan en una organizaci\u00f3n del sector retail.<\/p>\n<p>Una directiva de una organizaci\u00f3n del sector de manufactura y producci\u00f3n comparti\u00f3 que durante dos a\u00f1os trabajaron en un proyecto de cultura en el cual los directivos se empoderaron y participaron, con la finalidad de\u00a0 generar cercan\u00eda con los colaboradores.<\/p>\n<p>La alta direcci\u00f3n se involucra en los procesos de recursos humanos, incluso en el reclutamiento. Su idea es conectar con mucha comunicaci\u00f3n para crear un \u201c<em>engagement<\/em>\u201d con los colaboradores. Esta es la experiencia de la directora de una reconocida firma de consultor\u00eda contable.<\/p>\n<p>El director de una organizaci\u00f3n familiar dedicada a la\u00a0producci\u00f3n de bebidas espirituosas,\u00a0comparte que en la mesa directiva lo que se busca no es pensar por la gente, sino saber qu\u00e9 quiere y cumplir con sus expectativas e, incluso, con lo que no esperaban. La formaci\u00f3n de l\u00edderes, especialmente mandos medios, es fundamental para propiciar microclimas donde la gente encuentre un lugar donde se sienta valorada, pueda dar lo mejor de s\u00ed misma y explotar su potencial.<\/p>\n<p>Cuidar a los colaboradores y retenerlos, evita altos costos para el negocio y la fuga de capital intelectual. El flujo de entrada y salida del personal es un factor que desequilibra en la moral colectiva, la productividad y en el compromiso; adem\u00e1s de la incertidumbre que puede generarse entre el personal.<\/p>\n<p>La respuesta est\u00e1 entonces en los individuos. Las organizaciones se han vuelto m\u00e1s conscientes del hecho de que son los trabajadores quienes tienen la clave para lograr los resultados, ya que est\u00e1 en su talento y experiencia su gran
