class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Entre enero de 2011 y marzo de 2020 el Consejo Nacional para Prevenir la Discriminaci\u00f3n (Conapred) recibi\u00f3 723 reportes de mujeres que fueron despedidas porque sus empleadores se enteraron de que iban a ser mam\u00e1s.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>\u201cMuchas mujeres son despedidas de sus centros de trabajo al dar la noticia que van a ser madres. Aunque es ilegal despedir a una mujer embarazada, son pr\u00e1cticas comunes en las organizaciones\u201d, advirti\u00f3 la fundadora de Mam\u00e1 God\u00edn, Aide\u00e9 Zamorano.\u00a0<\/p><p><br \/>La maternidad es un reto para las mujeres trabajadoras en M\u00e9xico, porque representa preocupaciones, inquietudes y obst\u00e1culos.<\/p><p>Primero, la estigma social de que las madres que trabajan no les dedican el tiempo suficiente a sus hijos; segundo, las complicaciones al reintegrarse a la vida laboral, pues desde las entrevistas muchas mujeres son descartadas por el simple hecho de ser mam\u00e1s y, por \u00faltimo, equilibrar la vida personal (maternidad) con la vida profesional.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\" _wysihtml5-temp-1618595326580\" dir=\"ltr\">En el caso de las mujeres que conservan su trabajo despu\u00e9s del embarazo son pocas, pues cinco de cada diez mujeres que se reintegran lo hacen en las condiciones laborales que ten\u00edan y solo el 35% lo hace con una jornada reducida.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\" _wysihtml5-temp-1618595326580\" dir=\"ltr\">Mam\u00e1 God\u00edn refiri\u00f3 que, de acuerdo con el informe Maternidad y Trayectoria Profesional, realizado por el Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (IESE) Business School (Universidad de Navarra), debido a que las empresas no encuentren alternativas para conseguir un balance entre la maternidad y la carrera profesional ha hecho que 57% de las mujeres a nivel global prefiera renunciar a su trabajo, mientras que 53% opina que ser madre es un impedimento para lograr una mayor proyecci\u00f3n, 46% asegura que tienen que trabajar m\u00e1s duro para demostrar su val\u00eda, 45% ha sufrido en los procesos de selecci\u00f3n cuando se les pregunt\u00f3 si han tenido o tendr\u00e1n hijos, y 20% declara que no le han permitido reincorporarse a su puesto de trabajo tras la maternidad.<\/p><p class=\" _wysihtml5-temp-1618595326580\" dir=\"ltr\">Adem\u00e1s, la brecha salarial de g\u00e9nero se incrementa dram\u00e1ticamente cuando las mujeres tienen hijos, pero se podr\u00eda reducir si los hombres y las mujeres pudieran compartir el cuidado de los hijos de una forma m\u00e1s equitativa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f606ced elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5f606ced\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo nivelar el panorama?\n\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-18b8a201 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"18b8a201\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cada a\u00f1o, Mam\u00e1 God\u00edn realiza un ranking para presentar las mejores empresas para las madres trabajadoras, donde se eval\u00faan las diferentes prestaciones y beneficios que brindan las compa\u00f1\u00edas a sus colaboradores padres y madres de familia.<\/p>\n<p>Zamorano reconoci\u00f3 que las mejores opciones para que las empresas puedan retener a talento femenino son ofrecer:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>horarios flexibles, permite que las mujeres puedan administrarse de manera m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil entre la maternidad y la familia. En una pol\u00edtica de trabajo flexible, el empleado trabaja un n\u00famero fijo de horas todos los d\u00edas, pero la hora de inicio y de finalizaci\u00f3n de la jornada laboral puede variar. Algunas empresas tambi\u00e9n tienen flexibilidad en cuanto a la ubicaci\u00f3n del trabajo, permitiendo que los empleados trabajen desde su hogar varios d\u00edas de la semana, o en algunos casos, con una jornada laboral totalmente remota.<\/li>\n \t<li>licencias por maternidad superiores al tiempo que marca la ley, aunado a los programas de mentor\u00eda, son las prestaciones preferidas<\/li>\n \t<li>establecer programas de licencia por paternidad (s\u00ed, para los hombres)<\/li>\n \t<li>tener horarios de lactancia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cLas empresas pueden tomar muchas acciones para que las madres trabajadoras tengan beneficios y sigan laborando, como servicio de guarder\u00eda, otorgarles seguro de vida y darles una licencia por maternidad extendida. Hay empresas que ya lo hacen, incluso hay quienes otorgan un permiso de hasta seis meses adicionales a lo que marca la ley para que se puedan quedar con sus hijos m\u00e1s tiempo\u201d enfatiz\u00f3 Zamorano.<\/p>\n<p>Las mujeres son un pilar valioso para las compa\u00f1\u00edas, aportan experiencia, profesionalismo y fomentan la diversidad, adem\u00e1s son mejores con el manejo del tiempo y administran mejor sus actividades, reiter\u00f3 la firma.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa inclusi\u00f3n de las mujeres en el mercado laboral tiene un impacto positivo en la econom\u00eda, el hogar y, lo m\u00e1s importante, en futuras generaciones. Generar condiciones de acceso a los centros de trabajo para las madres contribuye a la reducci\u00f3n de violencias estructurales para las mujeres\u201d,
