sanitaria<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La STPS dio a conocer en el DOF del 31 de julio de 2020, el\u00a0<span style=\"color: #009ee0;\"><em>Acuerdo por el que se establece la pr\u00f3rroga de la vigencia de las constancias o tomas de nota de las directivas sindicales registradas ante la secretar\u00eda del trabajo y previsi\u00f3n social, con motivo de la emergencia sanitaria\u00a0generada por el virus sars-cov2 (Covid-19)<\/em><\/span>, el cual tendr\u00e1 una vigencia del 1o. de agosto al 30 de septiembre de 2020, plazo que podr\u00e1 extenderse si as\u00ed lo consideran las medidas sanitarias aplicables.<\/p><p>Los sindicatos de trabajadores, as\u00ed como las federaciones y confederaciones\u00a0registrados ante la STPS, cuyas directivas o dirigentes hubiesen perdido vigencia con motivo del\u00a0cumplimiento de las medidas extraordinarias derivadas de la emergencia sanitaria,\u00a0<span style=\"color: #009ee0;\"><strong>se tendr\u00e1n por prorrogadas\u00a0a partir de la fecha en que concluy\u00f3 su vigencia y hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2020<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p><p>Para acceder a esta pr\u00f3rroga se debe estar bajo los supuestos siguientes:<\/p><ul><li>la vigencia de las constancias o tomas de nota concluya o haya\u00a0concluido entre el 23 de marzo y el 30 de septiembre de 2020, y<\/li><li>los procesos de elecci\u00f3n de las directivas o dirigentes no se hayan llevado a cabo o se hayan\u00a0suspendido con motivo de la emergencia sanitaria<\/li><\/ul><p>Para lo anterior, se le ordena al Director General de Registro de Asociaciones publicar en el portal de Internet de la STPS, la lista de sindicatos de trabajadores,\u00a0federaciones y confederaciones que se encuentren en dicho supuestos.<\/p><p>Asimismo, se habilitan los d\u00edas de lunes a viernes, de las 10:00 a las 14:00 horas, para la atenci\u00f3n y\u00a0orientaci\u00f3n a los sindicatos, federaciones y confederaciones en relaci\u00f3n con esta pr\u00f3rroga, y as\u00ed evitar que puedan comparecer como representantes de su organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Dicha pr\u00f3rroga no aplica para los procesos de\u00a0elecci\u00f3n de las Directivas o dirigentes que se hayan concluido antes del 23 de marzo de 2020 y se encuentren\u00a0pendientes de su registro, ni tampoco para el caso de las directivas o dirigentes de los componentes,\u00a0secciones o delegaciones sindicales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e1dea15 elementor-widget
