Esta medida responde a una realidad laboral en constante evoluci\u00f3n, donde miles de trabajadores operan bajo esquemas que, hasta ahora, permanec\u00edan fuera del marco regulatorio tradicional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El piloto, anunciado por la titular de la STPS, Marath Bola\u00f1os, busca analizar las condiciones laborales de repartidores y conductores, con el objetivo de construir un esquema normativo que garantice sus derechos sin afectar la operaci\u00f3n de las empresas.
