La <strong data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"902\">Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT)<\/strong> establece normas claras sobre pausas dentro de la jornada, d\u00edas de descanso semanal, feriados y trabajo extraordinario.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1158\">Este art\u00edculo explica qu\u00e9 establece la ley, las reformas en curso y c\u00f3mo aplicar estas disposiciones correctamente en tu organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1204\"><strong>\u00a0Horarios de descanso seg\u00fan la LFT<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1243\">\u00a0<strong>Descanso en jornada continua<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los trabajadores tienen derecho a <strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\" data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1311\">m\u00ednimo 30 minutos de descanso<\/strong> cuando cubren una jornada continua. Si no pueden salir del lugar de trabajo, este tiempo se considera <strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\" data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1446\">parte de la jornada efectiva<\/strong> y debe pagarse como tal.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1498\"><strong>Descanso semanal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1704\">Por cada <strong data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1531\">seis d\u00edas laborados<\/strong>, se otorga <strong data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1594\">un d\u00eda completo de descanso con salario \u00edntegro<\/strong>, preferentemente en domingo. Si el colaborador trabaja ese d\u00eda, debe recibir una <strong data-start=\"1676\" data-end=\"1703\">prima adicional del 25%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1739\"><strong>Trabajo en d\u00edas festivos<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1740\" data-end=\"1939\">En d\u00edas de descanso obligatorio, si el trabajador labora, tiene derecho a su salario diario <strong data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1848\">m\u00e1s el doble<\/strong> de ese d\u00eda. Si no se labora la semana completa, el pago del s\u00e9ptimo d\u00eda ser\u00e1 proporcional.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1946\" data-end=\"1986\">\u00a0<strong>Tipos de jornada laboral en M\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1988\" data-end=\"2037\">La jornada de trabajo se clasifica en tres tipos:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2039\" data-end=\"2232\">\n<li data-start=\"2039\" data-end=\"2092\">\n<p data-start=\"2041\" data-end=\"2092\"><strong data-start=\"2041\" data-end=\"2052\">Diurna:<\/strong> de 6:00 a 20:00 horas, m\u00e1ximo 8 horas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2093\" data-end=\"2148\">\n<p data-start=\"2095\" data-end=\"2148\"><strong data-start=\"2095\" data-end=\"2108\">Nocturna:<\/strong> de 20:00 a 6:00 horas, m\u00e1ximo 7 horas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2149\" data-end=\"2232\">\n<p data-start=\"2151\" data-end=\"2232\"><strong data-start=\"2151\" data-end=\"2161\">Mixta:<\/strong> combina ambos turnos sin exceder 3.5 horas nocturnas, m\u00e1ximo 7.5 horas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2234\" data-end=\"2335\">En todas ellas, se debe respetar un <strong data-start=\"2270\" data-end=\"2306\">m\u00ednimo de 30 minutos de descanso<\/strong> durante la jornada continua.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"2342\" data-end=\"2390\"><strong>Horas extra y sanciones por incumplimiento<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2712\">\n<li data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2460\">\n<p data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2460\">Las <strong data-start=\"2398\" data-end=\"2436\">primeras 9 horas extra a la semana<\/strong> se pagan <strong data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2458\">al doble<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2461\" data-end=\"2538\">\n<p data-start=\"2463\" data-end=\"2538\">Las horas que excedan ese l\u00edmite, se pagan <strong data-start=\"2506\" data-end=\"2536\">al triple (200% adicional)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2539\" data-end=\"2617\">\n<p data-start=\"2541\" data-end=\"2617\">El trabajador <strong data-start=\"2555\" data-end=\"2575\">no est\u00e1 obligado<\/strong> a laborar m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del tiempo permitido<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2618\" data-end=\"2712\">\n<p data-start=\"2620\" data-end=\"2712\">Se permite prolongar la jornada por emergencia o siniestro, con remuneraci\u00f3n correspondiente<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"2719\" data-end=\"2766\"><strong>Reforma a los art\u00edculos 63 y 64 de la LFT<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2768\" data-end=\"2901\">Actualmente se discuten reformas para normar de forma m\u00e1s espec\u00edfica los <strong data-start=\"2841\" data-end=\"2880\">periodos de descanso y alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. La propuesta busca:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2903\" data-end=\"3138\">\n<li data-start=\"2903\" data-end=\"2977\">\n<p data-start=\"2905\" data-end=\"2977\">Garantizar entre <strong data-start=\"2922\" data-end=\"2975\">30 y 60 minutos para alimentaci\u00f3n o esparcimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2978\" data-end=\"3052\">\n<p data-start=\"2980\" data-end=\"3052\">Reforzar la idea de que el descanso mejora la salud f\u00edsica y emocional<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3053\" data-end=\"3138\">\n<p data-start=\"3055\" data-end=\"3138\">Promover condiciones laborales m\u00e1s humanas, como plantea la llamada <strong data-start=\"3123\" data-end=\"3138\">\u201cLey Silla\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"3145\" data-end=\"3208\">\u00a0Criterios de la SCJN: jornada continua vs. discontinua<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"3210\" data-end=\"3279\">La <strong data-start=\"3213\" data-end=\"3262\">Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN)<\/strong> ha aclarado que:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3281\" data-end=\"3577\">\n<li data-start=\"3281\" data-end=\"3382\">\n<p data-start=\"3283\" data-end=\"3382\">El descanso de media hora forma parte del salario, incluso si se toma fuera del centro de trabajo<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3383\" data-end=\"3456\">\n<p data-start=\"3385\" data-end=\"3456\">Se considera jornada continua si el descanso <strong data-start=\"3430\" data-end=\"3454\">no excede 60 minutos<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3457\" data-end=\"3577\">\n<p data-start=\"3459\" data-end=\"3577\">Si se otorga m\u00e1s de una hora para comer <strong data-start=\"3499\" data-end=\"3528\">sin remuneraci\u00f3n completa<\/strong>, se considera violaci\u00f3n a los derechos laborales<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"3584\" data-end=\"3639\">\u00a0Impacto real de los descansos en la productividad<\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"3641\" data-end=\"4034\">\n<li data-start=\"3641\" data-end=\"3744\">\n<p data-start=\"3643\" data-end=\"3744\">M\u00e9xico tiene <strong data-start=\"3656\" data-end=\"3700\">una de las jornadas laborales m\u00e1s largas<\/strong>, sin que eso implique mayor productividad<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3745\" data-end=\"3839\">\n<p data-start=\"3747\" data-end=\"3839\">La <strong data-start=\"3750\" data-end=\"3793\">falta de pausas y alimentaci\u00f3n adecuada<\/strong> reduce la productividad hasta en un <strong data-start=\"3830\" data-end=\"3837\">30%<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3840\" data-end=\"3938\">\n<p data-start=\"3842\" data-end=\"3938\">El <strong data-start=\"3845\" data-end=\"3904\">descanso adecuado mejora la salud, reduce el ausentismo<\/strong> y fortalece el ambiente laboral<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3939\" data-end=\"4034\">\n<p data-start=\"3941\" data-end=\"4034\">Las mejores pr\u00e1cticas sugieren dividir el d\u00eda en tres partes: trabajo, convivencia y descanso<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"4041\" data-end=\"4082\">\u00a0<strong>\u00bfD\u00f3nde recibir orientaci\u00f3n laboral?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"4084\" data-end=\"4140\">Para resolver dudas o recibir asesor\u00eda, puedes acudir a:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4142\" data-end=\"4381\">\n<li data-start=\"4142\" data-end=\"4213\">\n<p data-start=\"4144\" data-end=\"4213\"><strong data-start=\"4144\" data-end=\"4163\">Oficina central<\/strong>: Dr. Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda V\u00e9rtiz 211, Col.
