class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El\u00a0<em>Diccionario Jur\u00eddico sobre Seguridad Social, editado por el Instituto de Investigaciones Jur\u00eddicas de la UNAM<\/em>, se\u00f1ala que la pensi\u00f3n es la prestaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, en dinero, otorgada peri\u00f3dicamente (mes con mes) a una persona f\u00edsica asegurada o a sus causahabientes, al reunir los requisitos se\u00f1alados por la legislaci\u00f3n correspondiente.\u00a0<\/p><p>De conformidad con el art\u00edculo tercero transitorio del decreto de reforma de la LSS del 21 de diciembre de 1995, los trabajadores que cotizan al Seguro Social y sus beneficiarios, que se incorporaron y aportaron ante aquel hasta el 30 de junio de 1997 pueden optar por pensionarse bajo el amparo de la LSS de 1973 (abrogada) \u2014LSS 73\u2014 \u00f3 1997 \u2014LSS 97\u2014. Cabe mencionar que si se ostentan diversas concubinas o concubinarios a ninguno se le otorgar\u00e1 la pensi\u00f3n<\/sup><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><sup> Como la LSS vigente (1997) no se\u00f1ala alguna incompatibilidad o limitante para recibir otro tipo de pensi\u00f3n por parte del beneficiario de este tipo pensi\u00f3n, puede recibirse esta y alguna otra de las previstas en la LSS 97<\/sup><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><sup> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 En caso de concederse, la suma de las pensiones de viudez y orfandad, no exceder\u00e1n del 100 % (arts. 73, primer p\u00e1rrafo, LSS 73 y 66, primer p\u00e1rrafo, LSS 97)<\/sup><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><sup> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Menores a 16 a\u00f1os; hasta los 25 a\u00f1os, si se encuentran estudiando en un plantel del Sistema Educativo Nacional; o bien, que est\u00e9n incapacitados totalmente para mantenerse por s\u00ed mismos, y si existe recuperaci\u00f3n hasta que se d\u00e9 la misma<\/sup><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><sup> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Solo a falta de viuda o hijos, siempre y cuando hubiesen dependido econ\u00f3micamente del afiliado<\/sup><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2942152 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2942152\" elementor-size-default\">CONCLUSI\u00d3N<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c86b60 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0c86b60\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Finalmente, como se aprecia existen casos en que una persona puede beneficiarse de varias de las distintas pensiones que ofrece el ROSS, siempre y cuando, cumpla las condiciones previstas en la LSS para cada una; no obstante, ello no quiere decir tales derechos en conjunto sea ilimitados, porque existen topes y restricciones para cada caso.\u00a0<\/p><p>Antes de hacer alg\u00fan reclamo al IMSS o a la autoridad laboral, el asegurado necesita conocer los requisitos, los topes establecidos y tener conciencia de que la compatibilidad de las pensiones proceder\u00e1 seg\u00fan la pensi\u00f3n de que se trate y el r\u00e9gimen elegido para pensionarse.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d0af5c9 elementor-widget
