class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A partir de marzo, las empresas que se inscribieron al Registro de Prestadoras de\u00a0Servicios Especializados\u00a0u Obras Especializadas (Repse) deber\u00e1n renovarlo. La Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social (STPS) tiene\u00a0<strong>definido el calendario<\/strong>\u00a0para este proceso, las compa\u00f1\u00edas que no realicen el tr\u00e1mite en el plazo establecido por la dependencia, perder\u00e1n su inscripci\u00f3n en el padr\u00f3n.<\/p><p>La Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo env\u00edo a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Mejora Regulatoria (Conamer) el proyecto para modificar las disposiciones para la\u00a0<strong>inscripci\u00f3n al Repse<\/strong>, el cual incluye el calendario de renovaci\u00f3n del registro.<\/p><p>\u201cA las personas f\u00edsicas y morales inscritas en el padr\u00f3n que no renueven su registro dentro del plazo establecido y en cumplimiento al presente acuerdo,\u00a0<strong>se les cancelar\u00e1 el registro<\/strong>\u201d, indica la dependencia en el proyecto.<\/p><p>El Repse tiene una\u00a0<strong>vigencia de tres a\u00f1os<\/strong>, eso significa que este a\u00f1o s\u00f3lo deben renovar su registro las empresas que se inscribieron en 2021 cuando entr\u00f3 en vigor la\u00a0reforma de subcontrataci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>En ese sentido, los\u00a0<strong>plazos establecidos por la STPS<\/strong>\u00a0para la renovaci\u00f3n del Repse en 2024 son:<\/p><ul><li class=\"western\">De marzo a mayo, registros otorgado en junio de 2021<\/li><li class=\"western\">De abril a junio, registros otorgados en julio de 2021<\/li><li class=\"western\">De mayo a julio, registros otorgados en agosto de 2021<\/li><li class=\"western\">De junio a agosto, registros otorgados en septiembre de 2021<\/li><li class=\"western\">De julio a septiembre, registros otorgados en octubre de 2021<\/li><li class=\"western\">De agosto a octubre, registros otorgados en noviembre de 2021<\/li><li class=\"western\">De septiembre a noviembre, registros otorgados en diciembre de 2021<\/li><\/ul><p>De acuerdo con el proyecto enviado a Conamer, en la\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">plataforma del Repse\u00a0<\/span>se habilitar\u00e1 el m\u00f3dulo \u201c<strong>Renovaci\u00f3n de registro<\/strong>\u201d en el cual las empresas podr\u00e1n ingresar -\u00fanicamente en el plazo establecido- para realizar el tr\u00e1mite.<\/p><p>\u201cLas personas f\u00edsicas o morales inscritas en el padr\u00f3n \u00fanicamente podr\u00e1n llevar a cabo su proceso de renovaci\u00f3n en las fechas establecidas con antelaci\u00f3n, una vez agotado dicho plazo, la plataforma de manera autom\u00e1tica, deshabilitar\u00e1 el\u00a0<strong>m\u00f3dulo de renovaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u201d, se\u00f1ala la dependencia.<\/p><p>La modificaci\u00f3n a las\u00a0disposiciones generales del Repse, plantea que una vez obtenida la renovaci\u00f3n, la empresa de servicios especializados deber\u00e1 \u201cinformar a sus beneficiarios de los\u00a0<strong>servicios u obras especializadas<\/strong>\u00a0la renovaci\u00f3n de dicho registro\u201d.<\/p><p>La STPS estima que poco m\u00e1s de\u00a0<strong>100,000 empresas<\/strong>\u00a0busquen renovar sus registros en 2024. Esto se posiciona como un reto para la Unidad de Trabajo Digno de la dependencia, reconoce Alejandro Salafranca, titular del \u00e1rea. \u201cSi in\u00e9dito fue el\u00a0<strong>Repse<\/strong>\u00a0en s\u00ed mismo e in\u00e9dito fue inscribirse en \u00e9l, la renovaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 in\u00e9dita\u201d, afirma el funcionario.<\/p><p>Alejandro Salafranca asegura que la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo garantizar\u00e1 que el tr\u00e1mite sea de manera eficiente, \u201ctal como se dio la inscripci\u00f3n; es decir, que nunca se cay\u00f3 el sistema, no fue hackeado, no se satur\u00f3\u201d.<\/p><h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Repse?<\/h2><p>El Repse\u00a0<strong>es un padr\u00f3n p\u00fablico<\/strong>\u00a0operado por la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social, deben registrarse las empresas que quieren ofrecer\u00a0<strong>servicios especializados<\/strong>; es decir, servicios que se prestan con trabajadores propios en el centro de trabajo del cliente como limpieza o vigilancia, pero el personal no est\u00e1 a disposici\u00f3n del contratante, s\u00f3lo realizan las actividades que fueron externalizadas.<\/p><p>El registro en la STPS se estableci\u00f3 como obligaci\u00f3n con la\u00a0<strong>reforma de outsourcing<\/strong>\u00a0de 2021. \u201cLas personas f\u00edsicas o morales que proporcionen los servicios de subcontrataci\u00f3n, deber\u00e1n contar con registro ante la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social. Para obtener el registro deber\u00e1n acreditar estar al corriente de sus\u00a0<strong>obligaciones fiscales y de seguridad social<\/strong>\u201d, indica el art\u00edculo 15 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.<\/p><p>Las empresas pueden\u00a0<strong>ofrecer servicios especializados<\/strong>, siempre que no formen parte del objeto social o actividad econ\u00f3mica preponderante de la compa\u00f1\u00eda que los contrata. Este r\u00e9gimen sustituy\u00f3 al de subcontrataci\u00f3n de personal, actividad que qued\u00f3 prohibida con la reforma.<\/p><p>La prestaci\u00f3n o contrataci\u00f3n de servicios especializados sin la inscripci\u00f3n al Repse puede equivaler a una sanci\u00f3n de entre\u00a0217,140 y 5.4 millones de pesos\u00a0tanto para la empresa que lo ofrece como para quien la
