de preguntas, por el contrario, es una conversaci\u00f3n en donde ambos, la empresa y el candidato, comienzan el proceso para conocerse.\u00a0<\/p><p>Por lo tanto, el posible elegido tambi\u00e9n debe preguntar y, sobre todo, escuchar porque seguramente las respuestas le dar\u00e1n, entre l\u00edneas, algunas pistas sobre la\u00a0<b>cultura organizacional<\/b>.<\/p><p>Para Luz Daniela Garc\u00eda Echegoyen, especialista en reclutamiento, las entrevistas de trabajo son similares a las primeras citas. \u201cEs una reuni\u00f3n donde la empresa y el candidato estar\u00e1n<b>\u00a0evaluando si hay\u00a0<i>&#8216;match&#8217;<\/i>\u00a0<\/b>entre ambos lados para conocerse y tener informaci\u00f3n relevante que los ayude a decidir si har\u00e1n un mayor compromiso\u201d.<\/p><p>Recomienda que se vea con ojo cr\u00edtico y reflexivo lo que se escucha, ve y transmite la empresa, eso permitir\u00e1\u00a0identificar las\u00a0<i>red flags<\/i>\u00a0que son se\u00f1ales de un ambiente t\u00f3xico.<\/p><h2>Culturas t\u00f3xicas, la ruta hacia el desgaste<\/h2><p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es importante poner atenci\u00f3n en estos detalles? Los\u00a0entornos laborales t\u00f3xicos, caracterizados por acoso, falta de comunicaci\u00f3n y abuso de poder, no s\u00f3lo afectan la salud de los colaboradores, sino que tambi\u00e9n generan costos de rotaci\u00f3n e impactan negativamente la\u00a0<b>reputaci\u00f3n de las empresas<\/b>, refiere Affor Health.<\/p><p>Y es que, seg\u00fan la encuesta\u00a0<i>Work in America 2024<\/i>\u00a0de la American Psychological Association (<b>APA<\/b>),15% de los colaboradores calific\u00f3 su\u00a0<b>lugar de trabajo como t\u00f3xico<\/b>.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, 59% dijo que su empleador considera el entorno laboral m\u00e1s saludable de lo que realmente es. Por otro lado,\u00a039% teme repercusiones<b>\u00a0<\/b>por revelar alguna condici\u00f3n de salud mental.<\/p><p>Es importante distinguir entre reglas laborales y una\u00a0<b>cultura organizacional t\u00f3xica<\/b>, refiere Yunue C\u00e1rdenas, coordinadora del HUB de Psicolog\u00eda de Affor Health. \u201cPedir puntualidad, silencio en ciertas \u00e1reas o justificar ausencias, no constituyen pr\u00e1cticas t\u00f3xicas. Un trabajo es t\u00f3xico cuando la cultura, los l\u00edderes, o incluso, los mismos compa\u00f1eros, propician un ambiente que<b>\u00a0desgasta la salud mental<\/b>\u00a0y disminuye el sentido de pertenencia del equipo\u201d.<\/p><h2>\u00a1Huye!: 5\u00a0<i>red flags<\/i>\u00a0en la entrevista de trabajo\u00a0<\/h2><p>Bajo todo este contexto, la\u00a0<b>entrevista de trabajo<\/b>\u00a0requiere pensar bien las respuestas, pero tambi\u00e9n tener una\u00a0escucha activa\u00a0muy alerta. Luz Daniela Garc\u00eda Echegoyen considera que estas son las cinco\u00a0<i>red flags<\/i>\u00a0que no se deben dejar pasar:<\/p><p><b>1. Falta de claridad al comunicar.<\/b>\u00a0No hablar sobre cuestiones fundamentales como el salario, el rol que se desempe\u00f1ar\u00e1 denotan que no hay fluidez en la comunicaci\u00f3n, o que su estilo de comunicaci\u00f3n es el famoso \u201cradio pasillo\u201d.\u00a0<\/p><p>Una organizaci\u00f3n debe ser clara porque as\u00ed evita rumores que terminan afectando<b>\u00a0la cultura interna.<\/b><\/p><p><b>2. Hablar mal de empleados.\u00a0<\/b>Dice el dicho que cuando hablas mal de alguien, eso habla m\u00e1s de ti que de la otra persona.<\/p><p>Hablar mal de trabajadores o exempleados es, a todas luces\u00a0<b>una mala se\u00f1al<\/b>, se considera incorrecto compartir informaci\u00f3n sobre alguien m\u00e1s, por lo tanto, si escuchas algo como \u201cLa \u00faltima persona ten\u00eda muchos errores\u201d, \u201cera muy chismoso\u201d, considera mucho quedarte en ese empleo, podr\u00edas ser el siguiente del que hablen mal.<\/p><p><b>3. Vaga descripci\u00f3n del puesto.\u00a0<\/b>Todo comienza mal si no se sabe a ciencia cierta cu\u00e1les ser\u00e1n las funciones que esperan que desarrolles, y, por lo tanto, los resultados que quieren que des.<\/p><p>Si el reclutador no tiene claro lo que har\u00e1s en la posici\u00f3n<b>\u00a0<\/b>por la que est\u00e1s compitiendo, menos lo sabr\u00e1s t\u00fa.<\/p><p><b>4. Proceso acelerado y urgente.<\/b>\u00a0Si el reclutador est\u00e1 desesperado y presionado probablemente va a pedirte tener una entrevista de manera inmediata, presta atenci\u00f3n ya que probablemente hay algo detr\u00e1s de esa urgencia como una alta rotaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p><b>5. No te escuchan.<\/b>\u00a0La escucha activa no s\u00f3lo deber\u00e1 ser de tu parte, tambi\u00e9n del entrevistador, si no se toma el tiempo para o\u00edr lo que tienes que decir sobre tu<b>\u00a0<\/b>experiencia<b>\u00a0<\/b>y lo que te lleva a querer entrar en esa posici\u00f3n es un claro ejemplo de desinter\u00e9s.<\/p><p>La especialista considera que ambos lados tienen poder de decisi\u00f3n en el<b>\u00a0proceso de selecci\u00f3n<\/b>, estar informado te dar\u00e1 la posibilidad de elegir de acuerdo con tus
