relacionados con el campo, el cuidado de otros, la construcci\u00f3n y los servicios de reparto se espera que crezcan notoriamente en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os, de acuerdo con las proyecciones del\u00a0<b>Foro Econ\u00f3mico Mundial\u00a0<\/b>(WEF, por su sigla en ingl\u00e9s).<\/p><p>La agrupaci\u00f3n difundi\u00f3 esta semana el\u00a0<i>Informe sobre el futuro del empleo 2025<\/i>\u00a0en el que destaca que desde la pandemia de Covid-19, el incremento del costo de la vida, los conflictos geopol\u00edticos, la emergencia clim\u00e1tica y la desaceleraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica han a\u00f1adido turbulencias a los cambios que ya estaba viviendo\u00a0<b>el mundo del trabajo<\/b>\u00a0a causa de los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, la\u00a0brecha de habilidades\u00a0que se ha generado en la fuerza laboral a causa de la disrupci\u00f3n acelerada de la tecnolog\u00eda en los empleos se ha convertido en la principal barrera para la transformaci\u00f3n de los negocios para el periodo 2025-2030, as\u00ed lo identifica el 63% de las empresas consultadas.<\/p><p>\u201cDada la\u00a0necesidad de nuevas habilidades, la proporci\u00f3n de la fuerza laboral que requerir\u00e1\u00a0<i>upskilling<\/i>\u00a0(mejorar las habilidades existentes) y\u00a0<i>reskilling<\/i>\u00a0(adquirir habilidades nuevas) sigue siendo significativa: si la fuerza laboral del mundo estuviera conformada por 100 personas, 59 necesitar\u00edan entrenamiento para el 2030\u201d, se advierte en el reporte.<\/p><p>La transformaci\u00f3n digital, la automatizaci\u00f3n y los avances de la inteligencia artificial (IA), por citar algunos casos, han intensificado la demanda de\u00a0<b>personal especializado en tecnolog\u00eda<\/b>\u00a0en las empresas, lo que ha llevado a que estos empleos sean los de m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido crecimiento y as\u00ed se proyecta que seguir\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p><p>En esta situaci\u00f3n se encuentran tambi\u00e9n los empleos relacionados con el medio ambiente, el cambio clim\u00e1tico, la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica y la electromovilidad.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con el informe del WEF, \u00e9stos son los\u00a0<b>trabajos de mayor demanda entre 2025 y 2030<\/b>:<\/p><ol><li>Especialista en\u00a0<i>big data<\/i><\/li><li>Ingeniero fintech<\/li><li>Especialista en IA y\u00a0<i>machine learning<\/i><\/li><li>Desarrollador de\u00a0<i>software<\/i>\u00a0y aplicaciones<\/li><li>Especialista en seguridad<\/li><li>Especialista en almacenamiento de datos<\/li><li>Especialista en autos el\u00e9ctricos y aut\u00f3nomos<\/li><li>Dise\u00f1ador UI\/UX<\/li><li>Conductor de servicios de reparto<\/li><li>Especialista en Internet de las cosas<\/li><li>Cient\u00edfico y analista de datos<\/li><li>Ingeniero ambiental<\/li><li>Analista de seguridad de la informaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Ingeniero de DevOps<\/li><li>Ingeniero en energ\u00edas renovables<\/li><\/ol><p>Adem\u00e1s, el Foro Econ\u00f3mico Mundial hace referencia que, al considerar no s\u00f3lo la velocidad de crecimiento, sino tambi\u00e9n el volumen de los trabajos que se proyecta que aumentar\u00e1n m\u00e1s en el pr\u00f3ximo lustro, el panorama cambia un poco y se incluyen varios\u00a0<b>empleos de primera l\u00ednea<\/b>. Entre ellos destacan:<\/p><ul><li>Granjeros y trabajadores agr\u00edcolas<\/li><li>Conductores de servicios de reparto<\/li><li>Constructores<\/li><li>Vendedores<\/li><li>Procesadores de alimentos<\/li><li>Personal de enfermer\u00eda<\/li><li>Trabajadores sociales y psic\u00f3logos<\/li><li>Cuidadores<\/li><\/ul><p>Tan s\u00f3lo en el caso de los trabajadores agr\u00edcolas, se explica en el reporte, se espera que en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os se generen\u00a0<b>35 millones de empleos\u00a0<\/b>adicionales en este sector a nivel mundial, en gran parte debido a los trabajos verdes y los esfuerzos por enfrentar el cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p><p>En tanto, los\u00a0<b>empleos que m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido disminuir\u00e1n<\/b>\u00a0de cara al 2030 son los siguientes:<\/p><ol><li>Trabajador de servicio postal<\/li><li>Cajero en banco<\/li><li>Capturista de datos<\/li><li>Cajero en tienda u otros establecimientos<\/li><li>Secretario ejecutivo o asistente administrativo<\/li><li>Impresor<\/li><li>Personal de contabilidad y n\u00f3mina<\/li><li>Gestor de inventarios<\/li><li>Asistente de servicios de transporte<\/li><li>Vendedor de peri\u00f3dicos y puerta en puerta<\/li><li>Dise\u00f1ador gr\u00e1fico<\/li><li>Ajustador e investigador<\/li><li>Funcionario judicial<\/li><li>Asistente legal<\/li><li>Asesor telef\u00f3nico<\/li><\/ol><figure class=\"c-detail__media\"><\/figure><h2>Reconfiguraci\u00f3n de las habilidades<\/h2><p>En el reporte, el WEF hace nuevamente \u00e9nfasis en el\u00a0<b>impacto de los cambios tecnol\u00f3gicos<\/b>\u00a0en las habilidades con las que cuentan actualmente los trabajadores y la transformaci\u00f3n de las necesidades de las empresas.<\/p><p>La organizaci\u00f3n estima que el\u00a0<b>39% de las habilidades de las personas<\/b>\u00a0se ver\u00e1n impactadas en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os, ya sea porque tendr\u00e1n que actualizarse o porque quedar\u00e1n obsoletas. Este dato representa una mejor\u00eda frente al 44% reportado en el informe de 2023, lo que a decir del WEF se puede deber a que en los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os ha crecido el n\u00famero de personas que se ha capacitado y ha desarrollado nuevas competencias.<\/p><p>En tanto, y adem\u00e1s de lo relacionado con los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos, las\u00a0<b>habilidades blandas<\/b>\u00a0\u2013tambi\u00e9n conocidas como habilidades humanas\u2013 han ganado cada vez m\u00e1s espacio en las necesidades de las empresas. El\u00a0<b>pensamiento anal\u00edtico<\/b>\u00a0se mantiene como el m\u00e1s valorado, as\u00ed lo considera el 70% de los empleadores consultados<\/p><p>Seg\u00fan el informe, \u00e9stas son las\u00a0<b>habilidades m\u00e1s demandadas por las organizaciones en 2025<\/b>:<\/p><ol><li>Pensamiento anal\u00edtico<\/li><li>Resiliencia, flexibilidad y agilidad<\/li><li>Liderazgo e influencia social<\/li><li>Pensamiento creativo<\/li><li>Motivaci\u00f3n y autoconciencia<\/li><li>Alfabetizaci\u00f3n digital<\/li><li>Empat\u00eda y escucha activa<\/li><li>Curiosidad y aprendizaje permanente<\/li><li>Gesti\u00f3n de talento<\/li><li>Orientaci\u00f3n al servicio y servicio al cliente<\/li><li>IA y\u00a0<i>biga data<\/i><\/li><li>Pensamiento sist\u00e9mico<\/li><li>Gesti\u00f3n de recursos<\/li><li>Confiabilidad y atenci\u00f3n al detalle<\/li><li>Control de calidad<\/li><\/ol><p>\u201cComparado con la edici\u00f3n 2023 del reporte, se han registrado algunos cambios significativos en las\u00a0<b>habilidades clave<\/b>. Liderazgo e influencia social, IA y big data, gesti\u00f3n de talento y orientaci\u00f3n al servicio han ganado relevancia. Por el contrario, habilidades como confiabilidad, atenci\u00f3n al detalle y control de calidad han disminuido en importancia en las empresas\u201d, detalla el
